Piston for shock damper

This piston is an end retainer in shock dampers. This part is made with ITM-technology with shuttle principle on a 450-tons injection moulding machine.

The Duroplast carrier is overmoulded by an 80 ShA HNBR rubber. Detail is the high round walk precision of this part.
